Rosa Burgman

Founder/Director/

Treasurer

Rosa has always had a heart to serve and minister to the needs of women of all ages. She began in her teen years working for Girls' Club of Pinellas County mentoring young latchkey girls. From there, she moved on to become a Doula (Midwife's assistant), Medical Assistant for an all-female OB/GYN practice, and a nurse working in homecare and hospice with seniors. Most recently, she worked as a nurse for 15 years in a residential substance abuse rehabilitation facility where she predominately cared for the female population. She was also formerly sole proprietor of a small business which produced inspirational gifts. She has been active in women's events at local churches and the community. She enjoys the sisterhood and fellowship of other ladies. Her motto is, "We are stronger together." She is a wife and mother of two beautiful daughters. 

Brenda Fruster

President

Brenda is an awesome example of the definition of a God fearing woman. She has served in ministry for over 40 years. She is an exceptional pastor, leader, teacher, friend, wife, mother, grandmother, life coach, mentor, Chaplin, writer and more. She is an internationally renowned inspirational speaker with a gift of reaching the heart of women and helping them find healing to brokenness. She has occupied platforms statewide as well. She is founder of "Methods of Empowerment" (a ministry for women with breast cancer), Director of "Know your Worth", serves on several boards, and has a Doctorate Degree in Theology. She has been a television and radio host, is a Guardian Ad Litem and has countless other accolades. Having endured many hardships to bring HOPE, she is a testament that "A woman's past does not dictate her future."

Natalyn Hill

Secretary

Natalyn has a great aptitude to advocate for and help people. She works on the mission field nationally and internationally having been to Haiti numerous times as a Missionary. She founded a non-profit organization that serves incarcerated and newly released Florida inmates providing personal necessities, counseling, visitation, emotional and spiritual support. She holds a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family counseling and is a Registered Mental Health Intern (State of Florida). She is a loving and nurturing mother, friend and colleague. She states, "We  are called to serve folks who are in deep distress in our society for just the basics to survive.".
